A breif background

Telengana constitutes the northern part of Andhra pradesh bordering Karnataka & Maharashtra. Historically, Andhra was formed by uniting three big parts namely Telengana, Rayalseema & Coastal Andhra.

The movement for a seperate state was started in 1969 when again as today the agitation started with Osmania university students & close to 400 prople lost their lives.

I am not making this post to make my political opinion public. I make this post to ask a question.

Why should i student, in the biggest democracy make a decision to burn himself for a cause.. I do not question him or his intentions.

I question the circumstances which would make him do that..

This was not the first time.. and unfortunatesly this will not be the last..

Mandal commision sparked off some similar events in delhi..

I am deeply disturbed by the mob mentalilty seeking scapegoats & heroes..

Going shopping: Not the type of shopping that gives you pleasure, but the kind that you have to do..

It has been a long time since I have made a post online. I will not blame my job. I have a lot of time & on a daily basis come across a lot of interesting people & things. I juast have not had the inspiration to write. I am sure if I stated pasting my Gtalk conversations, it could make for a fun post.

The last post probably originated form a cybercafé in Hyderabad. That would have been in July 2008. Since then life has come a long way.

I have lived in two different states after that TN & Gujarat (Briefly). Nowadays, I m kicking dust around in Vidarbha & Chattisgarh.

I promise to write about something interesting soon..

Seemed like a good movie.. Interesting plot.. good Production values Etc Etc..

Forest Whitaker ( The african american actor with the lazy eye, hangs around throughout the movie like a stupid retarded kid with a sony HDV camera [ Surely Sony must have paid Shitloads] I mean.. there he is.. breathing hard like he’s having an orgasm.. by just looking at the buildings through his camera ).

Dennis Quaid ( Looks like an old man [ Which he is], who also incidentally is breathing hard throughout the movie and acts as if the president is his son, and he MUST protect him at all costs) gives all acting capabilities real doubts..

And the movie is of course this cool concept of seven view points to the same set of events..

And the whole bit about america and president using a double (As If) and then the real president getting abducted.

And of course the new Hollywood Fad of Using a HOT-Female-Terrorist with an anccent (Whats with that anyway)

Now finally getting to the title ( I am sorry.. I know)

I am sitting and giving an exam and actually not writing and thinking of a review of Vantage Point.

I think of this scene where Dennis Quaid flashes his Secret Service Badge & gun at this Spaniard who obviously I am sure does not give a fuck about him or his services.. no matter how secretive they might be..

I mean.. IF YOU ARE THE SECRET SERVICE.. why even have a badge that proves that you are with em’.. just say it’s a secret right..

Funny thing people do..

My question is.. Is the service a secret or the services which they might provide..

I had stopped following Cricket.. stopped as though I was given a restraining order from it.

Some women are just an enigma. An endearing thought that lingers in your mind all day &  all night. You just sit lost in the thought of them. There is nothing especially lustful or sexual. The thought is a mere thought, but its strong enough to eclipse others.

With every passing day, the mere sight of her makes you think.. think more.. think less..

The women in our lives are so important..

It was to start at 4 Pm in Symbiosis Bhawan here. I left the house for precisely two reasons

1. Vineet Rajan (Who Was organising it!!)

2. Free Pizza (As was promised by Vineet)

The show started quite alrilte, with people walking in and introducing. I am fairly new to blogging and wasn’t really sure of what to expect.

The first thing was something of an introduction by the organisers and then all the bloggers present.

It was during this session that I realised.. A lot of prople make serious money with blogging.

I mean i had heard of AdSense.. But these guys were spewing out names of Adsites like an overflowing gutter in monsoon..

Kontera, Snap, This That..

And then this very normal.. stepping-into-middle-age-kinda-geek guy gets up on stage and shows us that he made upwards of  $50000 in a month.. he had been that kind of money with 200+ sites.. And I was like WO – HO..

Ever since then I had been crawling around trying to figure out the easy way to a car (Hheheheh)

But, I wonder if blogging going to burst at seams and become like Newspaper Classifieds..
